Located at the Community Park, activities include Boy Scouts selling food, inflatable rides from 12:30 to 5:30, a kid’s project build sponsored by Home Depot, and free train tours at the STARail Museum. The day concludes with a bike helmet giveaway, cookie decorating, and the popular Kiddie Parade, where children dressed in red, white, and blue can win cash prizes. There is also an award for the best float. The festivities continue into Thursday with city-wide garage sales and more events.
