Geographically, the epicenter of these falling deals appears to be the sun-drenched states of Texas and Florida. Within these bustling regions, particularly in the dynamic urban centers of San Antonio, Fort Lauderdale, and Jacksonville, the rates of collapse were notably high, reaching 22.7%, 21.3%, and 19.9% respectively.
