In an unprecedented turn of events, the wrestling team from Airport High School witnessed a historic moment as two of its female athletes, Olivia Kemp and Ella Otter, triumphed at the Regional Tournament held in Jackson. Additionally, Tierra Taylor (105) and Belle Martin (115) from Gibraltar Carlson, Kyle Balogh (135) of Flat Rock, and McKenzie Mantei (100) of Dundee placed third, while PeggyJo Gessner (105) of SMCC and Avalynn McCune (155) of Milan finished fourth, all demonstrating exceptional skill and sportsmanship.
